I had the pleasure of working with JJ @ FCR for a recent home renovation project, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire experience! From our very first consultation, it was clear that JJ prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. What truly sets JJ @ FCR apart is his genuine ability to listen. I have been able to work with and recommend both Payton and Justin. They havve done outstanding paint work for several friends and referrals Iâ ve sent their way. Being in the construction industry myself, Iâ m always looking for opportunities to use them for specialty paint jobs for customers. They are responsive and transparent, with great work ethic, fairly priced and hassle free. They even recently did an interior paint job for a neighbor of mine to fix some work from a previous company, and it turned out perfectly! They were able to do a great interior paint job at my previous rented property when moving in and it really changed everything for the better.

For those who would rather not read a long review, I will give you the bottom-line UP FRONT. One of FCRs workers caused a FIRE in my house due to spontaneous combustion with only my 2 kids (13 and 8) inside. The fire burned a hole approximately 12 in diameter in the carpet they were pulling up to redo the floor. The fire caused some EXTREMELY strong fumes which filled the house. It was nothing short of a miracle that my kids did not get trapped inside, but thankfully my wife just so happened to stop back by the house to pick something up though she could barely stand the fumes upon entering. She was able to locate the area where the fire was burning and moved the role of carpet outside. At the same time she called out for my kids (who were upstairs) and they all got out of the house safely, which was the ONLY thing I cared about! I was out of town on business at the time but once I was able to calm my wife and kids down, we agreed that we would not allow this company to enter our house again. Jonah, the owner, called me the next day and apologized, but I was not interested in what he had to say as his workers had put my familys safety at risk. I told Jonah that I did NOT want his crew in my house again and that I was cancelling the job. At that point I had already paid $2k (20% upfront) and they had completed about 75% of the job. Considering the totality of what had taken place, I was SHOCKED that Jonah did not even make MENTION of simply cutting his losses and walking away from the whole thing. Then, having just heard me say the job was over, Jonah started talking about giving him an opportunity to complete the job, which I assumed was some sort of an attempt to try to make things right (HUGE mistake on my part). After going back and forth and him promising to personally be on site to supervise the rest of the job, I reluctantly agreed. Unfortunately, I was DEAD wrong about him trying to make things right - immediately upon completion of the job he left a voice mail stating it was time to &s settle up on the remaining balance. I could not BELIEVE this guy had completely DISMISSED what had happened and I am not sure I have EVER been as OFFENDED as I was at that very moment. This all happened in September 2021, and if you can believe it, on 12/6/21 I was served a LAWSUIT by none other than Forever Custom Renovations for the remaining balance. Also, coincidentally the floor manufacturer actually called for an underlayment to be used, but due to poor workmanship that DID NOT get done and now about 75% of our floor makes extremely loud â popping noises when walked on. The cost for pulling the floor back up, installing the underlayment, and reinstalling the floor cost as much or MORE than what they what is owed. Finally, take my review for whatever you feel it is worth, but I stand to gain NOTHING and now must drag my family through a lawsuit from a guy whose company caused a fire in my house! The only intent of this review is to make you aware of how the owner of FCR, Jonah S., completely DISSMISSED such a SERIOUS situation and continues to literally act as if it never happened! Please, please be careful with using this company I learned the hard way. {It is also worth mentioning that the minimum rating the system would allow me to give was 1 star}

They did a good job of finishing the work of a previous contractor who did very poor work

Judah was great. The hardest part about hiring a contractor is trusting what they say they will do. FCR did what they said they would do. They did repairs to the woodwork where it was rotten and found some deterioration beyond what was expected. They took care of it within the original quoted cost and did an excellent job. They recommended quality Paint and repair materials and I went with what Judah recommended and I am glad I did. He was their to start when he said he would be, finished the project in the time he said he would and stayed within the original quote. I could not ask for anything more. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

This company was great. They painted my home interior and exterior and did beautiful work. They were there every day till job was done. They were polite, on time and left my home clean. Definitely was a pleasure to work with them. The quality of their work and their employees was great. Pedro was so helpful and courteous. I don't usually do reviews but wanted to this time as they are way above average!

We had FCR do repairs to our guest bedroom and the work was outstanding. They bent over backwards to get us through the process. They were clean, on time, and did excellent work. The room looks brand new! Highly recommended!

Judah was an excellent contractor for us. His communication between his crew and us was top notch. He delivered exactly what he quoted for us. Our project was wall removal and relocation of switches and outlets. Judah was a recommendation from David with CertaPro. Although Judah provided the CertaPro services and certainly could have finished the project in shorter time and possibly less expensive, he would not step on or cross a competitor who recommended him. Integrity in tact. I would absolutely recommend Forever Custom Renovations. In fact, we are planning two more projects that we will be having them do when we are able.

After the recent Freeze we had major damage to our Master bathroom and adjoining closet. Paton came out and gave us a quote on the project. Day of project Judas and Jaime came and started repairing the damage to ceilings and wall. Jaime never stopped and within a few days our rooms looked great. First class business. Definitely would use again and recommend them.

Gabriel responded quickly on my request for quote, utilized a moisture meter to verify the extent of the damage for repair (not just a visual inspection like some other companies) and developed a cost estimate right there. Once agreed, work started quickly and finished ahead of schedule (3 day job completed in 2). Gabriel and Judah checked on the job each day to ensure quality. Crew was professional, protected my other belongings during the work and cleaned up when finished. Overall, I was very satisfied with the project.
