"We used him to build a custom closet and remodel a bathroom. His crew cleaned up their mess every single day and Eric made sure every detail was executed and done well. He even had his crew redo a couple of minor things that I didn’t think it needed to be redone, but he wanted everything done just right. I would definitely use him again."

"The crew was excellent worked hard and did a great job. I had two separate jobs going removed old driveway and prep for new concrete. Also they removed a big rock by my pool and did spray deck . Between weather delay and them working hard. They completed the job and it is great. I would recommend them for your next project. One of my Neighbors said He was impressed and wanted to get phone number."

"Tommy cam out and assessed the damage done from a break in. It turned out to be a fairly simple fix. I thought I would have had to replace the whole door. Tommy ordered then picket up the parts from the manufacturer. The door is as good as new. Everything is back to normal. Thanks"

"Greg and his team did outstanding work on recent rennovations on our home. Greg was took a thoughtful approach to balance our wants with what the house actually needed, explaining the why and providing us different options from a cost perspective where he could. His crew was very friendly and very clean. They made sure things inside the home were covered and protected while they worked and cleaned up at the end of every day which was much appreciated. We look forward to having them back for our next project!"

"We are getting ready to sell our house and had several items on our list. They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work he provided. You cannot go wrong hiring this pro."

"Blake did an excellent and thorough job. We had a leak that he diagnosed and fixed which ended up being a roof issue. He repaired some exterior window framing and also installed new tile floors. He is very detail oriented and his work is impeccable. I have already referred him to neighbors and will definitely use him again."

"We love our cabinets with the customer drawers! John did exactly what we wanted in a timely manner for a fair price. I will hire him again."

"Ernie Souther has done numerous projects for us and he s just the best. He s reliable, honest, and does impeccable work. If you hire Ernie, (E.P. Souther, Home Improvement Company), you won t be disappointed."

"Iconic Custom Home Builders met with us to understand our kitchen remodel. They took notes and listened to what was important to us. Their quote matched our asks and was detailed in sections for each of our asks. Other quotes we received were bundled and we were not able to pair the project down with noticeable savings. Iconic's quote was not bundled and we appreciated the level of detail in their quote. We signed the agreement and the work began within 2 weeks. They were very prompt every day. They did excellent work with high degree of attention to details. Since we were living in the house during the remodel, they did an excellent job keeping the dust inside the construction area with ceiling to floor temporary plastic barriers. They completed on time, on schedule with the original project timeline. With Iconic you know you have found a reputable, reliable contractor. We would highly recommend and will use them again."

"Unique Builders and Development Inc is renowned for its exceptional and efficient services. We contacted Unique Builders with our plan to convert our attic into functional space. Ronen visited our house to assess the possibilities and offer suggestions on how to utilize the area effectively. The team was highly cooperative and flexible, readily adapting to any changes we made during the project. They made sure the construction process had minimal disruption to the rest of the house. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome of our project and now have a valuable living area where we used to have an unfinished attic."
