We are a small, family owned and operated, roofing company with an experienced roofing crew, dedicated to installing and performing quality roofing systems. Integrity Roofing is certified as a shingle master with CertainTeed, you can also find us on CertainTeed.com website as a preferred roofing company. We handle roof repairs, roof replacement, we offer payment options for easy payment. We repair/replace asphalt, metal roofs, and tile roofs. We are insured and “A” rated with BBB We also have a 5-star remodeling crew for every type of job. We perform master bathroom remodels, outdoor kitchens, flooring, painting and much more. All workers are Full time employees of Pippin Construction LLC., the owner of both companies.

Do NOT use this company! The owner, Terence Pippin, did a fence replacement for me in Nov 2021. I chose to redo the whole fence in cedar. This was confirmed in an email with an additional charge for the cedar and paid for by check. Two months after completion a contractor replacing my flagstone told me my fence was not cedar but treated pine. I had noticed that one of the gates was beginning to really sag and was difficult to open or close. Some of the posts were splitting. Getting the fence replaced had been difficult and I dreaded having to address the possibility I had been cheated. Fastfoward to Dec 2022 when another contractor doing interior work came to me with an orange sticker that he had removed from a fence picket and told me my fence was treated pine. I immediately called Terence. He told me I had gotten what I paid for. To date I have called three times to discuss a solution. Finally I took one of those orange stickers to Home Depot and they confirmed it was treated pine. Terence will not stand behind the integrity of his work. This is a man who willing steals from a woman living on social security income. I did all the right things - just chose a dishonest company to do it. There are good contractors out there but Terence Pippin is NOT one of them.

Everything was great. Work started and ended on time. During the job Terrence answered all of my questions, had videos of the work as it progressed, and explained the materials he was using and why. Cleanup after the job was finished was great. First the workers did their cleanup then Terrence did another walkthrough of the yard. Neighbors have commented on how nice it looks.

We rent a home in need of a new roof. The owner prefers patchjobs to professional jobs, so we scheduled with Integrity Roofing for an inspection. The company was responsive, courteous and thorough. They came out as scheduled and spent time afterward answering questions to ensure we had all the information we needed for the owner. Unfortunately, the owner has decided to wait on repairing the roof, but based on our experience with this company, we would absolutely work with them again.

He responded timely to my request and came over that afternoon and performed a temporary repair (I plan to replace the roof soon). Unfortunately, the tin layer that he placed under some shingles was bent and lifted up after he left, leaving a space for rain to enter. I called him back and he sent out one of his workers who tore out the original fix and replaced four levels of shingles to seal up the roof.

I never really write reviews but I was so incredibly impressed by integrity roofing that I felt the need to do so this time. Terrence and his crew were life savers! I’m 9 months pregnant and don’t have the time to worry or stress about a hole in my roof. Him and his worker took care of it and came and fixed my roof the very next morning. He was very responsive and punctual but most importantly HONEST and very fair priced. We will definitely be using him when needed and highly highly recommend him!

Picked this company from Angie's list because, it is one of the few that offered a free quote & was open on Saturday's. Called owner Terrance the Friday afternoon, he came out same day & provided quote. After examining he provided pictures of the roof leak and explanation of what was needed to repair along with quote which was very reasonable because, I was quoted the same price from the company which installed my roof but, they never called me back to schedule the appointment as promised. Terrance returned the next morning, fixed my roof leak, examined entire roof, and performed maintenance. Would definitely recommend******************

It went great. Bobby Montgomery has the best paint crew in Houston. That is why he paints so many houses and puts new roofs on houses in River Oaks and Tanglewood in Houston, but still at a competitive cost. Our house looks brand new now! He is also very knowledgeable about what and how all home repairs and remodeling projects should be done.
