Square Cow Moovers

Worst moving experience I have ever had! I was in the hospital for an organ transplant, but my lease was ending and i had to move. I contacted Square Cow and they were GREAT on the phone. I explained that I needed my entire house packed up and moved on a precise day. They said that was no problem and they would take special care given the fact that I was hospitalized. 2 days before the scheduled move, they call my wife and tell her that they have a scheduling problem and they are coming THAT DAY. She explains that she isn't ready for them and they tell here that if they can't come that day, the deal is off. It is too late to schedule anyone else, so we have to let them come and start packing. They arrive, and right when one of the packers comes through our door he yells, "Aw F* C& no!" which did not give my wife much confidence. She called the company to talk to them about this and was told once again, if you don't like it, call someone else. They threw everything in boxes with no regard for safety or fragile items. Most of my tools were stolen. So many things were broken, we almost couldn't count them all. Their breakage sheet allows for three items. We were told we could not create our own claim sheet beyond what theirs allowed for. We ended up losing $18,000 worth of our stuff to theft and breakage and were told that's too bad. They did not put any boxes in the rooms they were labeled for. 80% just got stuck in the garage. My wife was left to move them into the house by herself. I cannot warn you enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are terrible and they realize that they are in control if you absolutely have to move on a certain day. They completely took advantage of us and stole so many of our valuables. STAY AWAY!!!

Square Cow Movers is phenomenal! So impressed by our movers JQ, Asaf, and Dupree! I wish we had done our last move with them. World of difference! So respectful, actually cared about not breaking things or damaging my walls, and really professional. These movers are truly trained professionals. Other companies say they use real employees, not temps or day laborers, but that doesn't always mean their movers are well trained. With Square Cow Movers, they worked quickly and actually knew what they were doing. There were some tight squeezes that required JQ, Asaf, and Dupree to think creatively, and they did! Also impressed that the company sent out 2 managers to the job sight and that this is a normal practice for them. The managers even helped out with a large item going upstairs, and Square Cow didn't charge us for that. Can't sing their praises enough. So glad I found them on Angie's List. Definitely would use Square Cow again.

Amazing! I really appreciate that they call me as soon as they left, punctually at 8 am. I packed all my boxes ahead of time, so that sped it up and saved me money. Will use them again!

After receiving my previous review I was contacted by Square Cow Movers. They were very helpful and courteous and settled my claim promptly. They also took my suggestions regarding additional training for their packers. Although many of the damaged items are not replaceable, I was happy with the settlement I received. I am not planning on moving again but if I would I might contact Square Cow Movers again.

The Square Cow team worked extremely fast and were very courteous! Everything fit into the storage pod, they were very skilled at fitting it all in. I would definitely hire them again!

The appointment setter was helpful and considerate of my time. The day of the move, the two man crew was polite and gracious, beyond just moving what needed moving. I had them move larger furniture to a resale shop for donation. They helped unload at the resale shop as directed by the ship’s donation coordinator. The moving guys really were the best!

Bryan and his team worked diligently to move our office. They were kind, respectful, and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them!

We hired Square Cow last summer for both moving and storage while we were in transition from one house to another. Our whole experience with Square Cow was excellent from start to finish. All of the movers who arrived were courteous, responsible and arrived on time with their shirts tucked in and ready to work. When moving in to our new house, they placed everything exactly were we needed it to go, even if it meant rearranging it! We could not have asked for a better team and were extremely happy with our whole experience!

Moving is always stressful for everyone but the folks at Square Cow did an amazing job from start to finish. We wanted a quality mover who was going to do things right and in a timely manner and they delivered. From the call center, to the estimate and the moving crew. We were so impressed with how hard the crew worked especially in the Austin summer heat. The crew wasn’t afraid to ask questions on where to put packages and were really polite. Thank you Square Cow for making a stressful day an easy one. We will definitely use them for any future moves we do.

The movers packed all of my new wedding Dishes perfectly. It was such a relief because I am not an expert in packing. The move was quick and the movers that did the job were very friendly.

Easy booking process and I actually spoke to a human. Can’t beat that these days. Crew arrived and went straight to work. All my items were handled with care. These guys really made this move actually fun. I know but they did. I will totally recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Great Movers.Very respectful of my time and my belongings. Took extra care to make sure my valuables would not be damaged in transit. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in blankets to make sure there were no dings or dents when moving. They even wrapped the door-frame and entry way of my house to protect all the wood trim. Great attention to detail- would use again.

They were amazing! Packing was professional and well done. No broken items and the delivery was timely!

Everyone knew exactly what to do. The furniture was protected during transit and carefully unloaded making sure not to scratch our wood floors, all we had to do is tell them where. All the workers were polite and patient. We definitely will recommend to our friends. Thank you
