Quality Installations

The door sweep that was installed started to come off the door after a few months. So less than 6 months, it looks messed up and 2 of the 4 strips are loose. I tried to contact Jefferson via Instagram and phone, no response. Can not recommend that quality and aftercare. Unfortunately the rest of his work was good but what one keeps in mind is what does not work.

Jefferson is definitely an expert when it comes to door repairs. I am going to use quality Installations to replace my back door. Highly recommended if you want your door fixed or replaced!!! Quotes are quickly made and reasonable.

Both front and back doors had gapes where you could actually see daylight. The project was completed and we could not be more thrilled to have the doors properly secured.

I met with Jefferson who came out to the house to do an evaluation of my exterior tri-folding aluminum and glass doors that lead to the pool. Jefferson contacted me the day before through text to confirm the appointment, and texted me when he was on the way to the appointment, and then I met him on site. Is demeanor was one of optimism, he was professional, and knowledgeable. After evaluating the situation he came up with several plans of attack and I left him alone to do his work. After approximately 30 minutes he came back to me and reported success and resolving the problem. The eurostyle lock barrel on the door was not fully rotating and the key could not be removed. He was able to correct this problem. The pricing was fair, and I plan on using him again in the future whenever I have any door work or any other type of work around the house as they do more work than just doors. It was a pleasure working with Jefferson and his company and I would definitely refer them to anybody else.

Most helpful, polite and capable worker. I plan to hire him again and again to do other services. We bought a new house and have many projects and believe he can handle most of them. Our first project was to install a dog door through a wall. Everything was perfect.

Showed up right away. I added more work and he completed the job.

My exterior back door had extreme water and rot damage at the bottom of the frame. Jefferson replaced the frame and was able to use my existing door that matched my house. Resealed it and fixed all the air leaks. He installed rot resistant materials that will withstand the punishment of the weather for years to come.

Wonderful service and professional work done. We got a bit creative in door options to replace old 1882 sliders. We ended up putting in 2 French doors and it looks FANTASTIC! Much easier on the budget as well!

It was over all a great experience . The only reason I didnâ t give all 5 stars as the installer was 45 minutes later then the original appointment time. But they were very detailed and had my new door and hardware installed very efficiently.

Owner makes effort to come and make measurements. Proposal is itemized and detailed. Pricing is fair. Upon final inspection, nail holes were not patched up, notified owner and he came next day to patch up and repaint. Accommodating and helpful.

Jefferson replaced an exterior door and frame at my home. He made an initial visit to see what needed to be done. He then provided me with options on material types for the replacement. The options were very detailed and allowed me to easily make my choice. He kept in touch with me regarding his arrival. He was on time and went to work right away. He finished a little earlier than originally thought. I now have a beautiful door and frame that outshines the original set installed by the home builder! I recommend Jefferson to anyone needing door repair or installation.

Jefferson replaced rollers on four large mirrored closet doors. Came right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, set an appt for following week to replace the rollers; did the job quickly and the closet doors slide better than they ever have. Also I requested Jefferson to measure and replace seven room/closet doors and two bifold closet doors, and one pocket door, which required measuring, painting, installing hardware, etc. He also replaced a broken door handle on a slider door. As usual, arrived on time, did the job to perfection, left the area clean, hauled off the old doors. What a difference the new doors make [they were original doors from the 1970s]. Jefferson does great work!!!!

I recently purchased exterior wood French doors. Three sets. Big investment. These doors were assembled on site. Later, I added shutters on the front two and light filters on the back set. With every rain event, I notified water penetration. I have hard wood floors and this was a big problem. Well the manufacturer of the doors said it was the shutter companies fault. The shutter company, although really nice, didnâ t agree. I was stuck in the middle. In less than an hour Jefferson had assessed the problem, (showed me where no sealer existed on my doors. Looks like the third party installer the door company hired, skipped a step), sealed the doors, cleaned the job site and honored his original quote even though I only mentioned the front two doors. After he discovered the error, he insisted he take care of the third set for no additional cost. I would recommend Jefferson to my friends and family for sure!Great job!!
