After the initial paint job, it took 3 additional visits just to get the paint job finished properly and correctly AND I am still waiting on the cedar shutters that were part of this agreement. The salesman and owner both left me high and dry claiming that was not in the companies’ scope of work. Needless to say, we are going elsewhere for the gutters and will be spreading the word on this unprofessional, unethical, untrusting and extremely questionable company. If you are currently working with them, I highly recommend paying via credit card only, this way you have some leverage when the dispute arises and trust me it will."

After considering three contractors, we chose Real Deal Curb Appeal (RDCA) for their affordability and the value they offered. Overall, we are satisfied with the finished product; however, its execution was not flawless and required a significant amount of unexpected oversight to meet our desired expectations. On a more positive note, Eric and his team went above and beyond to address all of our concerns, showcasing a genuine commitment to ensuring the job was thoroughly complete. They move something for me that was not in the scope of their practice damaged my wall in my house and didn?t take ownership to it, but I didn?t even hold that against them. It?s the fact that I went to mop my new floors that they put in the garage with the epoxy, and it started chipping up already just under a month after having them done when I contacted them they told me they did exactly as instructed and there was nothing else they could do for me basically weren?t gonna make it right. "The only good thing received from this company was great color choices. I had to bring in the owner during the final walk-through because both the project manager and the painters were telling me things they are not doing, but when my business was solicited, yes, of course, we remove wallpaper from walls. The owner agreed to the despair my paint job was in and asked me to leave for 2 more days while the team do-over. I do not have the patience nor energy to details the numerous issues I had with this company. Trying to close this contract turned unnecessary upsetting due to the fact the owner trying to force me into signing an NDA, to which I disagreed. I am having to turn to for a resolution. The saga continues... In the final scene, the owner refuses to compensate me for my damages unless I sign an adjacent NDA!! This is a very disturbing and concerning trend. Just say no UPDATE 9/27/21-This ended with the help. I was compensated for my damages and I did not have to sign a non-disclosure statement!! I am free to post my displeasure with this company anywhere I chose. Now, the slander labeled against me by Alliance painting in their rebuttal below will be addressed elsewhere at a different level. If any of the said abuse or disrespect towards their painters were true, Alliance painting would have alerted the authorities(police) and the arbitration panel of the said violence when Alliance was notified that I was filing a complaint against them. Alliance painting compensated me for damages they claimed did not exist. Alliance painting is pissed and decided to go low, mean girls low. I do not recommend this company to anyone."
