Scott ExteriorsWork started in February and completed in Mar. Hold up was strictly due to all the rain we had, but they took advantage of any openings to continue to completion. The teams that worked on our house were great and Bruce and his team took all the time we needed to answer questions and responded quickly. After installation noticed a window stress fracture and it was repaired by (Pella) quickly. In June had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to flashing and it was handled without a fuss. I would recommend Scott Exteriors to anyone thinking of have work like this done. I have no complaints and will definitely use them for future projects.- John N.

Jon Wright IndustriesThe project manager, David Votava, presented himself professionally to understand all the work details and answered all my questions. The provided work contract detailed all the agreed upon work and materials. Three windows were replaced with attention to proper alignment, caulking, and trimwork. I had new siding to replace the worn out siding on two kitchen windows. The soffit , fascia and drip edge around the roof was replaced while maintaining proper soffit venting. The seams were well fit and caulked.The carpentry work as well as quality of materials are excellent. The original 5 inch rain gutter was replaced with a 6 inch wide rain gutter with leaf guard and was neatly installed. The house was painted including some roof features using top quality paint. The paintjob had good coverage with clean trimwork. David is a hands on manager doing much of the work himself. He has had a lot of experience and pays great attention to details. Throughout the task, I was able to interact with him to discuss and workout various details. A final inspection walk around to takecare of any issues was performed before agreeing the project complete. All the debris was hauled away and the property was swept with a magnetic rake to pickup any nails. I am very satisfied with the job and would hire him and his crew again on other projects.- Thomas O.

Whats Next Remodeling LLCLIFE SAVER! Alan is a blessing. We JUST finished a kitchen & laundry remodel with Alan and his team literally 3 weeks prior to the winter storm hitting in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area (you can see my wife, Kasi's review). Unfortunately, we had multiple pipes burst due to them freezing. Our kitchen and upstairs bathroom flooded & I mean FLOODED. My wife and I felt a panic like we've never felt before. Not sure of who to call, my wife called Alan for a suggestion. Alan showed up within the HOUR to help! I can't tell you how thankful we were to have him. He didn't do it to attract more business. He knew that we were struggling and offered to help. He and his team braved the dangerous roads, came over during their off time and fixed the pipes, dried the floors and cabinets and resealed the walls! We are MILES ahead of the many unfortunate people who had to deal with the weather simply because Alan cares about you and your family. If you don't have a family or all you care about is timing of a project? Great. He is prompt and on the spot when it comes to longevity of projects. Platinum Painting and GuttersI got the whole home exterior painted and all windows caulked plus a few worn out planks replaced including chimney edges. About the quote: Eddie gave me a detailed quote for the job and provided a breakdown of some repairs as per my request since I hadn't decided if I wanted to get them done or not. He gave me the detailed quote while he was here and I liked that plus the repair cost breakdown. He also suggested using hardie board for planks being replaced as well as improving the seal around the garage door when I told him about insect issues. This quote process as well as the reasonable discounted price is what led me to select Platinum Painting for the job. About the job: A 4 man uniformed crew completed the job on the scheduled day. They did a good job independently and I had to point out only one item towards the end that was missed. The foreman Wilson made sure he was with me during the final walk-through and eagerly answered my questions. Cons: One thing I think could use improvement is communication - a proactive reminder a few days before the job for finalizing paint color selection and then providing some samples that would help me confirm my selection. However I'm happy with my selections so no issues. Overall: I would hire Platinum Painting again as the work and cost was as per my expectations.- Munsoor R.

Overall, they did a satisfactory job. It was very impressive that the project manager came every day to check on the crew and get status. The crew of 3 were very dedicated, hard workers. The biggest complaints that I have 1.) they did a very POOR job on my doors. The doors were painted RED. Any skilled painter should Know that it is recommended when using painting a white surface RED, you should prime with a light pink color so that you don’t have to do multiple coats. They estimated 2 and ended up doing 5 and charged an additional amount for the additional coat. I would highly recommend that 5 Star management re-train the estimators / painter leads on a.) Red Paint application and B.) How to paint and caulk doors (possibly spray paint versus by hand). Caulking work was messy. They used a roller on the flat surface of the doors and made a complete mess of them. One of the doors was brand new and now the surface is all bumpy. And streaks are showing through. The Project Manager attempted to make it right, but the doors were already messed up. Another coat would have made it worst. I would not allow this company to hand paint your doors and require they have them sprayed. Also, during the walk through, I had to point out many needed touch ups. I was very surprised by their reply (NO) when I asked whether the paint lead and/or PM went around to check prior to client having to point out all of the touch ups. I was planning to use 5 Star again to paint the cabinets in my office but I would hesitate at this time based on the paint job they did on the exterior doors.

I chose this company for gutter replacement and painting the exterior of my house because they had good reviews and the estimate was reasonable. Rod Bohl was the project manager. I ended up cancelling them after the very first day they were supposed to start the work. Rod had told me the crew would remove the gutters at 8am. At 8:30 they had not come so I texted Rod. He didn't even know they hadn't shown. Then he texted me they would be here at 11. They never came. Turns out the schedule had been changed due to the possibility of rain. However, Rod didn't even know that until the next day and he never checked on whether or not they had come. He did not know what was going on with my project and I expect a project manager to be on top of things. I knew after that I would not be able to trust him or the company to do what they said they were going to do. It is unacceptable to me to leave a customer not knowing what is going to happen and when. I do not recommend this company.

Using 360 painting was the best choice I ever made. I have an office that I am redecorating that has very high ceilings and the color was a deep red. Needless to say this was not a project that I would not endeavor myself. Sharon came over to my house took pictures, measured and gave me great and needed advice. Her team came over promptly at 830am and completed my room in 2 days! They even repaired dry wall and fixed 2 interior doors that had a lot of wear and tear from my dogs. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and everyone was professional. I didn’t have to clean up anything. I plan on using them again and look forward to working with them again.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the repairs and painting on our house. House had a lot of issues and was way overdue for a paint job. Brian Hoffman provided excellent quality work in the least amount of time possible. There was very little inconvenience to our routine! We are so glad we were finally able to get this job done and so glad we hired Brian to do it!
