"Antonio was very responsive to our siding repairs project request and he showed up to estimate our job that day. He pointed out other siding areas that should be addressed too. He took pictures and provided an estimate for the job. We scheduled the job and he notified us when he had some difficulty finding the siding materials, but always kept us informed via text/phone on when he would arrive. He went to work right away with his helper and several hours later all of the siding repairs and paint job for them were done and everything look great when we inspected it. You can avoid brush marks when painting your front door by painting the door off the hinges and then going over the door with a dry roller after using a paintbrush to smooth out any rough edges. You also want to avoid overloading your paintbrush with paint, as this can create an oversaturated surface where wet paint has nowhere to go.

Stucco is an easy material to paint over, and a fresh coat of paint can give it a new life in a few simple steps. Just ensure the wall is in good condition, and clean the existing stucco before you get started—along with filling in any minor cracks or gaps. Well-maintained stucco should take in the new paint quite well.

It’s fine to paint over acrylic paint with latex paint as long as the surface is properly prepped. If your paint surface isn’t glossy, you should be able to apply your paint or primer directly to it. If your acrylic surface is glossy, rough up the surface with some sandpaper first and use a good primer to ensure proper adhesion for your latex paint.

While there are some sealants designed to be spray-painted over asbestos to encapsulate it, you still want to make sure it’s a specifically designed product for this purpose—not just run-of-the-mill spray paint. Furthermore, be sure you aren’t inadvertently spraying the asbestos fibers around when you take on this project, and as always, be sure to wear the proper protective gear, including a P-100-rated respirator and a disposable body suit, so as not to inadvertently breathe in or spread asbestos fibers.

You can remove your gutters before painting, but it's rarely required. It can be easier to paint gutters on the ground once you or a pro have removed them, but replacing them afterward can be challenging. In these cases, removing gutters may be impractical. Make your decision based on your comfort level and abilities.
