They completed a Manual J calculation report that indicated the unit was too large, and they replaced the unit. Previously, this contractor identified that the static pressure on both of my HVAC units was too high and appropriate adjustments were made. I was scared they were going to tell me I needed a new wyd heater but they didn’t. Thank goodness! I have a tankless water heater they simply needed to be descaled. Sixto did a great job and I’m back in business with a plan to keep using them going forward. He recommended that we replace our unit due to its age and condition. Then he worked with us to get the best unit for our house and worked with us on the financing options. Tom Lee was the initial person to come to our house and once we had decided on our plan of action Tom went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible system for our house. Excellent customer service skills and a very nice man. We got lucky !!!!! The installation crew was even better. They were very professional, courteous, and precise in what they were doing. It took some time to complete the job, but not because of the crew; it was due to the fact that they went the extra mile to make sure that the install was done correctly and they had to correct some mistakes that a previous installer made (not John Moore staff). My wife and I would highly recommend any and all John Moore services for your home needs. We have used their Plumbing, Electrical and now their A/C service teams and they are all top-notch.
