"Initialization of new disk was done within 5 minutes, but that turned out to be the least of my problems. As it turned out, the problem was not my NVR, but a failed Ethernet hub blocking access to the internet. The technician temporarily wired around the hub and told me exactly how to install the the new hub when it arrived. Mean while I have a fully functioning security system."

"This was such an easy upgrade to our security system! The techs (Chris and Lazaro) were extremely efficient and professional. They pulled new wires for everything, and the system closet has never looked so neat. After everything went in, they were careful to adjust the cameras exactly the way we wanted them. We replaced a seven-year-old Samsung system, and the new system is light years better and so much easier to use. A good, complete User Manual was available, and instructions are clear and easy to understand. Plus, the techs gave us an excellent tutorial before they left. Their work was fast and clean, and their attitude was friendly and helpful. Plus, their Pandemic protocols made us feel very comfortable while they were in our home. "I called on a Thursday and explained to the Randy that I had replaced several outlets and switches in my home and a few of them were not working as well as my doorbell randomly being broken. Randy said they charged $125 for the first hour and he was sure his guys could fix all of my issues in that one hour and was I available on Saturday for them to come by; appt. was scheduled.
Two guys came promptly at 10 am and easily fixed the outlet and switch issues in the first 10 minutes so I asked if they could install 2 censor switches for me since I was paying $125 for an hour of time anyway - he replied absolutely. One of the switches needed to be turned around from the outside of the closet wall to face the inside of the closet wall (which was an additional $50 charge and I was ok with that).
The doorbell was unresolved but he suggested that I replace the chime box. He also made sure that everything was wired correctly at the chime box, button and transformer so I could easily replace the chime following his instructions.
Overall great job, great customer service, great experience!
