"The tech came out and told me all my options. I chose to replace instead of trying to keep a dying unit alive. On the day of the instal the guy showed up early and waited in the driveway till our agreed start time and was ready to go straight to work. No wasting time he got started running the new duct hoses. He got the new unit up into the attic and ready to go, removed the old unit and total time without air was less than a few hours. Since the install I have had good cool air and unlike the old unit it doesn’t run all day to cool the house. Couldn’t be happier!"
