He first cleaned the dryer vent and took the time to show me the vent and even vacuumed underneath the dryer for me. The dryer performed so much better after he cleaned the vent. Next, he replaced the entire ductwork in the home and cleaned and reinstalled the vents. He was so professional I barely even knew he was in the home.
