Gary and his team were excellent. They communicated well every step of the way, were timely and efficient. The work performed exceeded my expectations, the preparation, ideas, and help with selecting materials was exceptional. Gary provided excellent advice and Julian carried out professional work and quality.

Fair pricing and Gary was incredibly professional. Not only was Gary (the owner)� very communicative, he also helped to negotiate the shared cost of the job with an exceptionally difficult, unpleasant neighbor. Had it not been for Gary's outstanding people skills, the completion of the fence repair would likely have been significantly delayed. I removed one star from the rating because my tenant reached about a slight irregularity in the spacing of a couple of pickets and the technician had to be asked to remove some debris that would have been left behind. However these were both minor issues.�I would use Tech Art Home Remodeling again.

They did a wonderful fantastic on time easy to work and deal with they wasn't over charged and they finished the job and i am very happy. I already recommend the to few people I am very satisfied they have a time frame but they were just on time.

My new house is only 7 years old but my builder, Habitat Construction, completely and incompetently built it with so many problems. One was the balcony which was negligently built and began leaking immediately but did not show itself until 3 years later. By the time Gary, owner of Tech Art discovered the leak, it had almost rotted down to a structural member! Tech Art not only found NUMEROUS areas where Habitat just completely messed up and hid their defects under tile, but Tech Art correct each and every defect and over engineered the fixes so that I would never have to worry about leaking again. Tech Art is diligent and won't rush the work just to finish the day or to jump to the next project they have. I am glad Tech Art answered my inquiries and corrected the negligent build of my builder.

Came on time everyday, worked until the end the day, they did a really good job on us, punctual, we never have to wait and the work is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had no issue with their crew. I can say that they were not organized, but they were pleasant to work with. They completed the job.
