"I actually mixed up my contractors and replied to Vern by mistake, thinking he was someone else. Turns out it was a lucky mistake. Not only did he take on the job another contractor bailed on (assembling a bookcase), but he also wall-mounted a TV, fixed my driveway gate, and reinforced a wobbly railing on my front steps so it’s now completely solid and steady. All of that — and at really fair prices. I’m already making a new list of projects around the house because I’m genuinely happy to have found someone reliable, skilled, and reasonably priced. The job was priced as materials plus labor so I could see exactly what my ladder choice was going to cost and how much he was charging for installation. The ladder was priced at his cost. The job was done properly and the area cleaned after the work was completed. -- Most important I believe Chris can be trusted to be up front about cost , work and material requirements and timeliness."
