"Rob came in and methodically trouble shot a rather complex problem on our electric recliner.After he located the problem he not only fixed it but took an extra measure to make sure it could not reoccur. His charge was very reasonable. After I paid him for the repair, he noticed a problem with our front door lock and he fixed that with no additional charge.
