"This proved to be a tough installation. Panasonic trim kits for built-in microwaves leave a lot to be desired. In fact, if I had it to do over, I would go with a different brand. Bruce discussed the issues with me step by step as to the best resolutions and got my buy in rather than just do what he thought was best. I appreciated being a part of the decision making, and I'm very pleased with the end result. He was very fair with the charges in light of the work being much more extensive than anticipated."
