They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

"I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company during a recent remodeling project at my parents' home. While some aspects of the work were satisfactory, several significant issues remain unresolved: Poor Quality and Incomplete Work: Many areas were left unfinished or poorly executed, despite multiple walkthroughs and follow-up communications. Unprofessional Behavior: The team brought children to the job site without approval, disrupting the work environment. Lack of Cleanup: Dust and debris were left throughout our home after the work was "completed." Missing Documentation: We’ve repeatedly requested an itemized receipt and proof of worker licenses, but these have not been provided. They turned off our gas on a Friday and refused to come back to turn it on until Monday. We notified them of this on a Friday, and it should have been rectified. Terrible Communication: Emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated and without resolution. Additionally, we were bullied into signing off on completion of work (by Sapir) with the promise they would return to complete the issues that were pointed out. They never returned or communicated further with us despite reaching out on various occasions. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic standards of quality and accountability."
