Business has changed hands several times, and with each change the service has deteriorated. Latest technicians have just been filling in - they don't know what they are doing, and you generally don't see the same technician more than twice. They have flooded our back yard on one occasion, and left us notes telling us how we should be maintaining the water quality in our pond (which is the service for which they were hired). We have since changed providers.

They come around on weekly bases. They are good. They maintain water garden and fishponds.

I have a monthly set price to do all services in my yard, and my monthly price is 397 dollars, but that includes everything. They do fertilization, they do pruning, they do mulching, and they do flowers in my flower bed. They just do everything. It's a complete service. they are excellent for the yard but their billing practice is a little iffy, they'll forget to send your bills for 3 months and all of a sudden your bills will come to 1100 dollars. It has nothing to do with how they work and what they do, but it's a little frustrating sometimes. My yard has been 'the yard of the month' in our sub-division for the last six months.

Carlos and Alex went above and beyond our (high) expectations. They spent a lot of time doing what we considered to be extra cleanup and service.

When they took the old one off, they said it looked like it may have been worn enough that it wouldn't shut off properly. It took them just a few minutes, and the new float seems to have cured the problem, so they didn't have to do anything else. I'm very pleased with such an easy fix.

It is very difficult to find a quality person to take care of you pond and these people are absolutely excellent and we've gone through like five services. They've been able to maintain my pond in excellent condition when nobody else wasn't able to. I don't have green water anymore. The guys that come out and do the work are very competent. They know what they are doing.

They sent a service person out to repair my pond. He tested a few things pump, filter etc. He cleaned out the filter said that was the problem and the pond started working (for a while) by the next morning it had stopped again. I called the service person again (directly and after two attempts he responded. He came and tested and cleared the pump and lines from the filter and return. Unfortunatly I paid the bill .He said pump was fine and again it worked for less than 48 hours. I called the serviceman again and finally called back after 3 messages. He said he would be out Friday or Saturday. No show but figured there might be a backup due to the holidays (gave him the benefit of the doubt). I have called him and left messages two more times and have also called the main office twice and left messages with them with no response. I have the feeling that since I was not a high ticket client my business was not valued. DO NOT CALL if you are someone that doen't have a big project they could care less.

I called for an estimate. Representatives came out and reviewed my pond and system and estimate was given by phone several days later. The work was scheduled and completed in one day.

It took them about a month to get the fountain back to us after they picked it up to take it back to their shop for sandblasting. We had told them that we weren't in hurry to get it back. Once they delivered the newly repainted fountain which looked like brand new, they proceeded to remove the old wiring and install the new wiring. After working nearly all day setting up the fountain the pump would only run for a short time and then stop. After multiple tries, they left for the day but promised to send out their electrical expert the next day. The electrical expert came out and had the fountain running in short order.
They were very professional and kept me informed as to their progress. I would definitely use their services again.

We have a large fountain (about 5 ft) that I was having trouble keeping clean and controlling the algae. This company helped me a lot by doing a monthly cleaning and recommending the right products to add to the water each week to keep the water clear and the basin free of algae. Dan is the one who serviced our fountain. We also have a small fountain in the back yard that he cleaned out and sealed. He works hard and is knowledgeable. On the initial visit he replaced the pump and timer, cut a hole in the fountains base to get access for tubing repairs.
We paid $1280 for the initial clean up and repair. After that, $90 per month for maintenance of the one fountain.

Even though it was a lot of money out front, I moved into this house with a pond that really needed work. They did an awesome job overall and I am very pleased although it was a lot of money to get it right. I feel that in the future my maintanence costs will even out in the end. Great prompt, professional service.

I did extensive research before hiring this company. They are the best of the best! I started with a sad old looking worn out pond and ended up with a magnificent waterfall and beautiful new fish pond. I did not lose one fish during the makeover due to the knowledge and caring of this team. Awesome!

The have the best customer service I have ever worked with. They are very responsive and call before they are coming. They also explain things really well and suggest a lot of things that will help me. They are very customer oriented, professional and punctual.
