"I highly recommend Primo Tile. They performed tile work for me on 3 different occasions. All 3 were great experiences. • Repaired wall tile in one of my bathrooms after a plumber had to open the wall up to replace shower fixtures. • Repaired tiles and grout in and around my in-ground swimming pool deck • I had one of my bathroom showers completely re-tiled. The company re-tiling the first time did a horrible job. Tiles were not aligned, Grout looked horrible and started cracking soon after it was finished, leaked in one spot. Rather than dealing any more with that tile company, I called Primo tile. I showed the bathroom shower, they immediately could see all the mistakes, explained what the previous company did wrong, and gave me a fantastic estimate on the spot. They started and completed the whole job the following week. Their work was excellent quality and they completed right on time. • The service was great • Always on time • Clean • Highly skilled • Performed above and beyond when needed at no extra cost, if possible, It’s not easy finding skilled and honest tile professionals and I found that out the hard way. "My husband and I had just bought our first home and wanted to install hardwood floors and remove the carpet before moving in. Jerry was the first contractor we called in for an estimate. He was punctual, cordial and very professional. He quickly walked around the house and measured every room and gave us a total price and a time frame for the installation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.Once we called Jerry back and set the dates, his crew came over to pull out the carpet and level the floors. His crew was punctual, very respectful and knowledgeable as well. Jerry and his crew came back a couple of days later to install the hardwood floors and did an outstanding job. Even though they had to wait for the hardwood  to arrive (delay in delivery), Jerry never said anything but "it is ok, we will wait". Once the hardwood arrived, the crew worked around the clock to make up for the lost time and finish the job the same day.
