"I usually do not write reviews for anything unless they really leave an impression on me and I felt obligated to leave a review after what a phenomenal job Jim’s Plumbing Now did on my water heater. The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! I did not hear one complaint or even a sigh of having to work in an attic in this Texas heat but rather he did the job with a smile on his face and had an incredible attitude the whole time. He was professional and had great work ethic and knowledge in the business. I would highly recommend Jim’s Plumbing Now to anyone and will be happily returning as a customer in the future. Thank you for your hard work"

"Excellent job by all I worked with. My wife even commented how every one from the dig crew to plumber we are very nice. I have building experience but it was nice that the first service tech walked me through the issues and even let me view everything he was viewing. Gave me three solutions and good/bad of each. When it comes to the actual work it was done exactly as discussed. No surprises and no hidden charges. Nice to work with a service provider that does what they say, no surprises, and put my yard back to original. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs."

"Guys were prompt, courteous, and respectful. The price was also very fair. They replaced a circulating pump and had trouble with the wiring of my tankless water heater, but figured it all out. I could tell they cared, which is hardly ever seen in a company these days. We will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs. We all know its hard to find a good plumber.
