"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"I usually do not write reviews for anything unless they really leave an impression on me and I felt obligated to leave a review after what a phenomenal job Jim’s Plumbing Now did on my water heater. The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! I did not hear one complaint or even a sigh of having to work in an attic in this Texas heat but rather he did the job with a smile on his face and had an incredible attitude the whole time. He was professional and had great work ethic and knowledge in the business. I would highly recommend Jim’s Plumbing Now to anyone and will be happily returning as a customer in the future.
