Two plumbers showed up, Grant and Matthew & they both were very courteous and professional. the job was completed efficiently. The best part is they responded to my request for service on the same day! that’s something I’ve never experienced with plumbers

Service Squad Plumbing, specifically Jakeob and Nathan are rockstars. This was a big job at a single-family home on a slab that needed the cast iron pipes replaced under the slab. From day one, Jakeob did a great job giving the initial assessment and explaining the options that were available for the circumstances. A few plumbing companies were contacted for estimates but Service Squad Plumbing, Jakeob, did the best job communicating what needed to be done. The great communication continued throughout the process while the work was being done. The job was completed within the estimated time frame that was initially given. Jakeob and Nathan kept it professional the whole time as they fought against the Texas weather. There were so many days of rain during this project, it was a constant battle against the rain entering the tunnels under the slab, the steamy sauna feeling of the air when the sun would come out and the swarm of mosquitoes that apparently also enjoyed the tunnels.

We were in need of a new water heater after 24 years of service she finally passed away. In our search for a replacement, we contacted a number of companies (7 to be exact), after intense research and finally choosing one my wife and I can honestly say we are happy in our choice in going with Service Squad Plumbing of Fort Worth, this is a company I can honestly say did not attempt to over, charge us, upgrade us or underrate any of the companies we were looking at, they quickly send one of their technicianâ s name Grant (who I believe is their best) he quickly yet thoroughly accessed the situation, our concerns and directly answered all my questions, as well as gave me his advice and choice as to which model and size would be bested fitted in the space the previous one was in, the previous unit was 50gl and not planning ahead we had a customed cabinet tightly built around it, Grant immediately sized up the situation and recommended we go with a smaller 40gl, which is perfectly ok since itâ s only my wife and I now living in the house. Upon setting up an installation date Grant and his apprentice, Cory showed up on time and immediately started the process of removing my old unit and installation of the new unit (note it started to rain yet Grant and Cory continued working), I felt so comfortable and trusting of them that I allowed them to move all their needed equipment into my garage instead of them needing to go back and forward to their truck in the rain. Grant & Cory was very respectful and tidy, they actually were cleaning as they worked, rarely done by most companies, in my opinion if these two technicians are any indication as to the people Service Squad Plumbing hires I could honestly state this is a caring company that is trustworthy and dependable, as well as an indication of their professionalism, was from awarding them our business till completion of the job one of their office workerâ s (Wendy) kept in contact with me in answering before as well as after questions and billing concerning. My thanks to Service Squad Plumbing of Fort Worth and all those involved in making this a smooth installation and purchase. Final Note: Upon loading the old unit in the truck Grant let me take a final picture of her before she when off to Hot Water Heaterâ s Heaven.

Honest and great at their craft - I cannot recommend Service Squad more highly! We had multiple quotes from other plumbers saying we needed extensive work (almost $10k) to address our issue. We were skeptical and saw Service Squad has a great reputation so gave them a call, and I'm so glad we did. They were honest and transparent and were able to solve the issue right away! They knew every other company quoted us a huge job but still solved it as affordably and quickly and possible. They gained my trust with that, and I will always use them going forward.

Loy from Service Squad was very thorough and did a great job! He always answered questions and explained what repairs were needed and why. He made recommendations, but allowed us to make our own decision with no pressure. When he came back to do the work he brought a helper, Kent. They both worked very hard and steady. They did a great job. We would highly recommend them and we would use them again!

Although he fixed the initial pipe leak, he collected his fee and was not heard nor available over the next 48 hrs for me to contact him regarding the permit and inspection of his work. Until fully released by the city of Plano,Tx, I could not have the gas turned on. He never answered my calls. When I went to the City of Plano office to change the permit to another plumber to get the job finished, he answered THEIR call on the second ring. However, he still did not know the status of the permit inspection, which failed, and did not follow up after leaving the job site. Perhaps, since he came from a long distance , Fort Worth, he had other jobs to complete. But that still doesn"t excuse the lack of communication.

Mike called me immediately and set up a time that same day to come out. I had an issue with a hose under my sink leaking. Mike immediately diagnosed, gave me a quote, and went to buy parts. He let me know that the drain was setup incorrectly to begin with and reconfigured it to get rid of the hose and make it more stable. He was extremely courteous and quick.

Mike was very courteous, quick at responding and efficient. We had a new ac/gas furnace installed in place of our heat pump. The piping that ran to our home was too small for the new unit so Mike had to pull the old piping and install new pipes. He had great vision for future projects we might have wanted to do so when he quoted us, he included those extras in case we wanted to proceed with them. The only negative was that he had to cut two pretty nice size holes in our Sheetrock and one in the ceiling to get to the pipes. We were not aware that it would be our responsibility to repair the holes. It was written on the estimate but we overlooked it. Verbal communication would have been nice in addition to the written proposal. I would definitely recommend this company.

He knew what he was doing, replacing a leaking pie in the wall in my bathroom. He was easy to work with and was very up to date on new plumbing equipment and what works best.

Michael is great, already hiring him again for a faucet project.

Professional courteous excellent service

We had a water heater replaced in the attic. They were very responsive, got the water heater replaced that day, and did a fantastic job! We now have a trusted plumber we can call on in the future!
