Rick's initial design went beyond what we were initially imagining with a fantastic design concept During the build, the team was on time every day and cleaned up the worksite a the conclusion of work, especially on the street side of our home (like a lot of neighborhoods, ours does not appreciate construction projects that make a mess). "We had some storm damage from Hurricane Beryl and had no confidence in the repair contractor suggested by the insurance company. I located Starke builders through Facebook and Nextdoor. He was listed as a custom home builder, so I called to ask if he would be willing to make the repairs. Dean came by a couple days later and within a couple days gave us an estimate. We were very pleased with the amount, knowing it would be done properly. Dean also made some recommendations to upgrade some of the repaired areas and what those costs would be for several options. Starke Builders started work within a week or two and completed all the necessary changes and preparation for our roofing company to make the roofing repairs. Dean was always on the phone with us updating what was being done and what the timeline was. Dean is a very friendly person and takes great care of his customers. We will definitely hire him again when we decide to make some more upgrades."
