We had a spiral staircase removed, and a full functional staircase put in this lake house. I would give that job an absolute A+ with full recommendation. He has also done several remodeling projects in our current home and we couldn?t be happier.

The garage renovation option is not listed on this link. The third car garage was added and was nothing less than total perfection. Dean and his team perfectly matched the exterior rock to the original rock exterior of the home. He would not stop until he found the perfect match. Unknown to Dean, I had a client who is a well known structural engineer, come over for comment. He stated that everything was done beyond code and done to perfection all the way from the rebar in the driveway to the perfectly matching roof shingles upon completion. Highly recommend.

We had some storm damage from Hurricane Beryl and had no confidence in the repair contractor suggested by the insurance company. I located Starke builders through Facebook and Nextdoor. He was listed as a custom home builder, so I called to ask if he would be willing to make the repairs. Dean came by a couple days later and within a couple days gave us an estimate. We were very pleased with the amount, knowing it would be done properly. Dean also made some recommendations to upgrade some of the repaired areas and what those costs would be for several options. Starke Builders started work within a week or two and completed all the necessary changes and preparation for our roofing company to make the roofing repairs. Dean was always on the phone with us updating what was being done and what the timeline was. Dean is a very friendly person and takes great care of his customers. We will definitely hire him again when we decide to make some more upgrades.

Dean Starke is a detailed oriented custom home builder. We selected him to build our home. He completed the build on time, on budget. We ended up with everything we asked for. In addition, he spends time going over all the details regarding home controls, and his builders warranty. We do not hesitate to recommend him. In fact, if he’s still building when the time comes we want him to build our next home as well.

Had a 52 year old home remodeled with a complete tear down of living, dining, and kitchen with reconfigured layout. Addition of a pantry and laundry room and office. Very professional and high quality work.
