He listened to me and was able to know exactly what I was asking for. At any area where there was an opportunity to save money, he always gave me the option and showed me something different. He even came shopping with me at Habitat for Humanity and we were able to save a large amount of $$ on some beautiful windows and doors. I would hire him again in a minute.

This was a duplex. Did a great job staying in budget and coming up with creative ways to reuse existing but make it look much better. Looked like a different place when finished. Especially did a great job with wall damaged by water and termites. Rebuilt sill of old wood window to avoid having to replace window with a new window which would have looked out of place. Overall did excellent job in timely and budget conscious manner.
