The installers showed up on time, explained how the process would work, answered our questions and then did an excellent job of completely removing the damaged wood plank and replacing it. "I have used John for 5 different jobs. He has redone two bathrooms in two different homes, painted a new home for move in, replaced gutters and landscaping lights, and tiled my craft room, living room and kitchen after removing the horrible carpet. John does excellent work and always cleans up the job. On the last job I was out of town while some of it was happening and he even agreed to feed my cats while I was gone. There were delays but he always kept me informed of what was going on. The tile is wonderful."

"This is an excellent store and service provider. The selection was great and the price was even better. I thought it would be more expensive to replace my laminate flooring that was destroyed in the April flooding but the tile was the same price and looks even better. I was extremely happy with the immediate installation. Outstanding all the way around!

"We were able to secure so much work for such a good price it's hard to list it all, but I will try. New water heater Kitchen bib repair New sink support build Extended hose off the main to restore water pressure Pipe rework under kitchen sink New garbage disposal Condenser line repair Discovery of crawl space to sort out galvanized line and extra condenser line that was a mystery, even to the inspection team I hired. So impressed BMF found it. Cleared out rodent traps from previous owner who didn't pass on any information about the home. Gas Dryer hookup Toilet replacements Toilet tank rework I know I am missing something but BMF is a seriously solid company and I will have another gambit of work for them next year. They really worked their tails off for us and I can't thank them enough. This old home has a ways to go, as it's all being pieced together to find out what's going on, but I feel like BMF will do her some much deserved justice. Thanks again. Angie"

"It could not have went better. Ben is the name of the service technician that came out and after looking at what we had and the issue we were having he suggested that we replace our old outdated and small unit. He is so knowledgeable about these water softners. He picked one up and replaced it. He is a very nice young man and know what he is doing. I would highly recommend this company/Ben. We will calling them soon to replace our tankless water heater."
