"Sherman - The Door Guru - replaced our back door - full frame and also installed a storm door. He came and gave an reasonable estimate and we arranged a work date. I went to Home depot and ordered the materials he listed. When they arrived, he picked them up and came to do the work. It turned out he had to be late and he called to tell me that. Not something a lot of trades people do. As he was doing this work we determined that we could use some work on the upper balcony door too. Sherman had to get a special part for that and so it couldn't be done the same day. I was going out of town for 3 weeks and he said to call him when I got back. I did, he got the part but was delayed in getting to my home to do the work. He was so apologetic and felt guilty about that so he reduced the price. Unheard of. Great service. He is a master at his craft and the most customer service trade person I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend him for both the workmanship and service areas."
