"He did not have what I needed, but was very professional in our conversation. He listened to me and outlined several solutions to my need. Then he recommended another locksmith store that he thought would be able to handle my need, Amerikeys. He didn't have to do that, but showed his concern for me. If I ever need any lock service that he can provide, you can bet I'll call him first and will recommend him to others as well. BTW the store he recommended did have my solution. They're not listed here, but should be!!!"
