"My son was visiting friends and locked his keys in the car. I searched locksmiths and found Liberty Lock. I called Liberty and they said they'd have someone out right away. My son said the van was there within 30 minutes. Liberty called me and verified the vehicle was mine and asked what my preferences were for the work and then let me know the price up front. The Liberty man was very nice and professional. My son also told me that he was friendly."

"We just bought a new home and needed the locks redone and a new deadbolt installed. They responded to my quote request super fast, they have a very snazzy text communication system, they were very communicative with scheduling changes and arrived promptly. When scheduling the job, they (I think gentleman's name was Gilbert) - even thought to ask questions like what style of knob we needed (ie, brushed nickel). They were efficient and had the entire job done in less than 1.5 hrs. Very reasonably priced. Would use again!"
