Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. "Everything was great. When I called, the lady who answered was pleasant and said the locksmiths would call me shortly to set an appointment. Minutes later, Johnnie called. I sent him a picture of whet I needed. They had to order the fob so it took a few days. But, Johnnie arrived on time when he said he would (actually he called ahead and was able to come about 20 minutes early). He was pleasant and professional and answered my questions. He was done in less than 30 minutes. So: he replaced a lost fob for my car with push button start, cut the valet key, reprogrammed both fobs, in 30 minutes, in the driveway on my house, and he saved me $100 and 2-3 house had I gone to the dealership to have it done. I would definitely call them back for my next lock or key need."
