Thanks so much to Austin and Codie for their great customer service! Austin was easily able to diagnose the problem from a couple of photos and provide a quote over the phone. He offered a 10-year warranty and was able to beat out the other quotes I received without all the back-and-forth. He sent out a repairman, Codie, the next day, who fixed the issue in less than an hour. Fast, friendly, no hassle for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

We hired this company to repair our garage door, but the experience was frustrating from start to the incomplete job. The technician, who only had a few years of experience, had difficulty finding the correct size spring, leaving us with a door thatâ s now heavier than ever to lift. He promised to return with another technician to fix the issue that week but never followed through. The technician was clearly rushing to get to his next job, and the door remains slightly unbalanced. He also admitted they had never worked with a door like ours leading to wasted time and money as they struggled to solve the problem. Ultimately, we had to hire another company to fix the sensors they didnâ t detect in the first place. The companyâ s communication was terribleâ we had to go through Angi list to get a callback because their phone wouldnâ t accept calls. The boss, who admitted that most of the high reviews were based on his work, refused to come out to assist the young technician. It was clear that they cared more about quantity than quality. I wouldnâ t recommend this company based on our experience. Too many excuses not enough experience.

I highly recommend Pro Garage & Gates. Cordell was so diligent and took great pride in doing the job right. There were definitely some challenges during the installation but I was very pleased at the end.

Our garage door opener stopped working on a Saturday and we couldn't even open it manually. They responded to our call immediately, were out quickly and resolved the issues. Michael got the problems figured out and fixed everything in a timely manner. I appreciate all his hard work, everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. I will be calling them from now on with any questions or work needed. So glad to have found their company and highly recommend them.
