A person named Adam came by and was very professional and within 1 hour. I was very pleased with the work-I will call them again in the future. It's nice to have a good locksmith service on the island.

My tenant texted me that Eric fixed the lock and that he appreciated the quick response. Eric had agreed to let me pay by credit card after the work was completed. When I called to pay him, he went over in detail the work he performed. Not only did he repair the lock I called him about, but he checked out others and lube, adjusted strikes or chisled wood as necessary. He told me about a lock that was not a security issue but mentioned the spring was broken on it. He did work beyond what I hired him to do for the price he originally quoted. I highly recommend Eric Lewis with Key Works Lock and Safe Co. in Galveston, TX.
