"It did not go well. The owners are very entertaining and engaging. They managed to convince me to re-do the hall bath from studs out. Unlike the others asked to bid these gentlemen did not quote materials, only labor/contracting. It was on me to find and purchase all of the fixtures and finishes. They did set me up with a location that had many of the materials I needed and even visited the tile store with me. Unfortunately, the tub I selected on my own had to be returned as did the shower fixture."

There may be a minimal plan fee upfront, but if you contract with us, the fee will be applied to the contract amount, however, we always provide FREE Estimates. Irving Trend Builders is comprised of our construction (Trend Builders) side and security screen (Trend Security Screens) businesses. We had to board them up and that made the inside of the church like a dark cavern. We managed to raise the money to have the security screens put on all of our doors and the sanctuary windows. This time, a year of so later, we raised the money to do two of our office windows and the windows in the fellowship hall. Trend and their employees know exactly what they are doing and sell an excellent product."

"The lawn clean-up went well, he talked me out of removing the pool and deck. I bought fencing supplies and hard ware to replace privacy fencing. After the fence was done decided not to have the wall repaired at this time. I paid $3000 down another $5000 once the cleanup was underway when finished I was suppose to pay an additional $7000 but accidentally wrote it for $8000 the contractor did not correct me or say anything. I don't feel that the services provided were worth the money paid"

You have to have electricians here to make sure everything is disconnected, if they don't disconnect it and turn off the power somebody could have gotten really hurt. Instead they left Live wires everywhere. The gentleman who said he was an electrician, did he? He, he would, he didn't do it correctly because he didn't put the wires in the condolence because he didn't know. That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. They all were either, they were Hispanic in which it was very difficult for us to To talk to. And they just, they didn't even know Ruth who was the, um, Or just the project manager."
