BEST experience we’ve ever had with a contractor! First, the owner, Brandon, gave us an honest and reasonable bid for our large backyard patio/courtyard project that was less than half that of an equitable competitor, but included even more work! Even as the project progressed, and unforeseen details came up, the price remained the same, and each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Outstanding value! Quick and Reliable! We had 1600 sqft of paving done, with retention steps, a sitting wall, cobbled paths, and a significant lighting package. Brandon and his team showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and worked non-stop for 5 days. There was always a supervisor on site, and Brandon or his supervisor communicated with me every day. Everyone on the team was a pro, and worked at a very quick pace. The work was started and completed exactly on schedule. Quality. They know their stuff, and from start to finish, our project was done right. From installing electrical, moving irrigation lines, burying and re-routing drainage lines, to ensuring level and grade, their work was done properly, without cutting corners. This work will last. Finally, the results were gorgeous! It turned out looking even better than we imagined. They expertly matched our stone, and even made suggestions along the way that improved the original design. We could not be happier with their work, and will be using them to do my mother-in-law’s house as well. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Mr. Ener arrived at 7:30am,  exact time of the appointment.  He laid out the outline with orange paint and check it against our plans.  The paver stones and other materials rolled up 10 minutes later.  The Legacy crew then began to arrive and started to work on assigned tasks. All workers performed quickly and in a professional manner and policed up as they went.

After lunch the crew finished the job, cleared out dirt, weeds, and trash.  The bulk of the crew left for another job around 3 pm. and a leader and two other men poured the concrete base in the center of the circular walk.

They returned the following afternoon, centered/leveled the pedestal (110 lbs) and concreted it into the base.

The third afternoon Mr. Ener and two men set the four foot, 210 lb. statue and permanently installed it. 

Mr. Ener consulted with the homeowners on two visits and  monitored the project throughout the operation.

 We've been through two swimming pool/deck remodels and have never had a construction project go as well at this one!

The old patio was over-graded and sloped steeply away from our house. One of my big concerns was for the new patio to be as level as possible. Brandon Chaney and his foreman were very attentive and addressed this and other concerns and the patio in a word is awesome. It is now a space that complements our home and will see frequent use entertaining family and friends.
We looked at other options-patterned concrete and natural stone but, Belgard Pavers have a lifetime warranty and Legacy guarantees their work for 10 years. Our old patio cracked as it shifted with our clay soil. I'm sure it will happen again but with the pavers any shifting can be corrected easily.
Legacy Custom Pavers is a great company and was a pleasure to do business with.
Update:  After one year the patio is still as perfect as the day it was installed.

wall, and planter, and the project was completed beautifully.  Working

with Brandon was a great experience.  After interviewing several

companies, we selected Legacy Custom Pavers because they only work on pavers

and due to the great reviews received by the company.  After talking with

Brandon at my house, I knew he was the person I wanted for this project. 

We had to have drains installed on both sides of our house, and he advised that

I should hire a specialist rather than selling me more work.  Brandon came

to my house another time to discuss the project with the drainage company that

I hired.  After working with a variety of contractors, I believe the

customer service, experience, and integrity of Brandon and his company are unmatched. 

The quality of the circular beds and circular step installed by his crew

highlighted their experience and skill.  When the project was completed,

Brandon inspected the patio himself and asked the crew to make a few

changes.  When I needed a few more stones a week later, he had them

delivered to my house.  Without hesitation, I would ask Brandon and his

company to do another paver project for me.  Thank you!

Brandon with Legacy Pavers was quick to reply to my initial inquiry about cost and choice of materials.  He spent a lot of time discussing options with me, brought out samples, and gave me addresses of homes to look at to choose the pavers.  They were able to start one day earlier than expected, and finished in just two days.  The crew worked incredibly hard, on a terribly cold day, and were courteous and clean.  I was very pleased with the driveway and front walk, and would highly recommend them.  We had a couple of small issues that were addressed quickly after installation.  I compared prices with other companies and theirs was the best.

Outstanding, showed on time and completed the work quickly and cleaned up all in the same day. Will definently use them for the projects moving forward.

I love to write reviews about companies that do everything right.  Then they go above and beyond.  Legacy is one of those companies. Tim Ener responded within hours of inquiring about an estimate through the company's website. (When does that ever happen? Almost never)  He showed up and gave me an estimate and even had pavers samples.  He didn't try to oversell.  I bought the value priced one.  Within two weeks, the crew arrived on the scheduled date and installed the patio in four hours!
If you want an affordable, professional, friendly and trustworthy company, Legacy Custom Pavers won't disappoint.

Smooth going! Arrived on time, helped me choose the right pavestones, it took one day to build the pergola and one day to lay the stones, and bam, it was complete and ready to use. I can't say enough about this family owned company, have recommended to my friends.

Everything was perfect. I contacted Brandon in late May and showed him my plans for a custom patio with a very unique shape. We discussed our budget, and he definitely worked with us to get "the biggest bang for the buck."  On the day work was scheduled, the crew showed up precisely at 8:30am and went straight to work. The entire patio was completed by 2pm the next day. During the course of construction, the crew realized that there was a slight slope to my yard which required a second course of stone in order to look good. The crew had the professional leeway from Brandon to make the call in the field and add the second course to ensure everything was perfect. When Brandon arrived later in the day and saw the change, he agreed that it looked better and refused to charge us for it -- he simply said, "That's not the way I do business." 
I recommend them highly, and I definitely plan on calling them again in the near future to add a custom fireplace and more landscape stones.

I sought bids from 3 top rated vendors on Angie's List. We chose Legacy Custom Pavers for a number of reasons.

 #1 - Customer Service.   Legacy was the quickest to respond when we requested an appointment for an estimate.  #2 - Brought samples. When Tim came out for the estimate, unlike the others, he had samples of the pavers that would be used with him. The others just had brochures. #3 - Customer Service Pt. 2 . When Tim came out the first time, my wife wasn't home. When she wanted to see the stones herself, Tim made a second trip to our home so that she could confirm my paver choice.  #4 - Price. Legacy's  cost for our job was 18% lower then the closet competitor. #5 - Work efficiency. Other vendors were estimating 2-3 days to complete the job. Legacy did the job in 1 day. Their crew came early (and on time) and stayed until the job was completed that day. #6 - Hassle free payments. Brandon was extremely flexible with payments to the point that I had to keep calling him to take my money!

However, the most important reason why anyone considering getting pavers should use Legacy, is the quality of the product and the finished job! Everyone that visits our home compliments us on how beautiful our patio is. Frankly, even I was surprised with how great the installation looks.

The Legacy Pavers team was timely and respectful of our requests for specific daily start times.  Brandon was a pleasure to work with from the very start, offering solutions to our budget restrictions and design requirements.  He was solution oriented, creative and 100% percent committed to our satisfaction.  His experienced team is comprised of careful craftsmen, no shortcuts. And Brandon was happy to collaborate with the installer of our pool gate to ensure ultimate safety without compromising design. We're picky, so upon review of the finished product, we requested small tweaks and repairs.  Brandon and team were very responsive and happy to address all our fine-tuning requests before requesting final payment. Brandon did a great job on recommending the look and colors that would go with my home and I am very happy with the outcome. The neighbors were very complimentary on the look. I wish I had built my home utilizing pavers instead of stamped concrete and exposed aggregate for the pool deck. The crew knocked out my front walk and pool deck in 2 days and the driveway took 2 days. They were timely and neat and quickly repaired a couple of small nits I pointed out. The crew cleaned up well and swept the street.

I had a slab leak recently and decided that  re-routing  the plumbing was the best choice.     Quite a few contractors were involved for this undertaking and I got quotes from Angies List contractors exclusively.    After getting "Yard of the Month",  I was pretty upset when my front yard and pavestone walkway had to be torn up.   Brandon Chaney from Legacy Custom Pavers was so professional and understood my frustration and budget.    They used all my existing pavestone, added necessary aggregate base and proper sand mix on top.   Installed new bedding where needed and they also made the pavers flush with the curb.  The best part, completed the job all in one day.         It looks absolutely beautiful and  I will definitely use Legacy Custom Pavers for any future work!

My husband and I were tired of our old, rotting, backyard wood deck, so I researched alternatives.  Initially, we considered a stamped concrete patio, but with Dallas' clay soil, we were concerned that it would crack in no time.  Ultimately, we decided to go with pavers and obtained a few quotes.  We selected Legacy Custom Pavers to do the construction because of the positive ratings on Angie's List, their competitive pricing and especially after discussing our needs with Brandon, the owner.  He had a wonderful vision of what we wanted to achieve and his company exceeded our expectations!  We decided to use pavers made by Belgard called Mega-Arbel, which resemble flagstone, but is considerably less expensive. We used a combination of color options and the final effect really complimented the brick of our home.  Brandon's crew of 8 or 9 men arrived around 7:30am and were finished with the project by noon, including clean-up.  My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our new patio...it's beautiful, and we would highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers for your next hardscape project!

Exceptionally Well!  We agreed upon a start date which was not only met but the job was completed sooner than expected. Tim assisted with the design and suggested materials and colors to compliment my home. He assured me that the crew would be professional and experienced and easy to work with, I agree they were a pleasure to work with. Not only did the crew take pride in their work, the clean up was suburb!  I plan on using Legacy Custom pavers again in the future and highly recommend them!
