"I made the call on a Tuesday and the work was done the next afternoon. Jake came to the house and got right to work. The workmanship is first class. Jake was very nice and professional and cleaned up after himself. I would hire this company again for sure."

"The tech that came out to fix my issue was very professional. Unfortunately, i had to call them back because my plumping backed up again the same night. Yo make a ling story short, my problem was fixed in one bathroom, but not the master. I still had to go out and purchase some items from Home Depot to get it fixed properly where it is useable. All in all good service."

"Extremely professional, friendly, and clean! They wear booties over their shoes and clean up an mess that might be left after working. Great company. Would definitely refer them to family and friends and would use them again when the need arises."

"Roel was amazing. He explained and answered all my questions about everything. Unlike most companies, I didn't feel overcharged by any quotes. Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know anything about the septic tanks. He found that I had 3 tanks and cleaned em and advised me on what to do next. I will definitely use them again and recommend em to anyone who asks."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Grease buildup, tree roots, and foreign objects often cause blockages. Regular maintenance prevents major issues.

This depends on the location of the blockage. If the blockage is in your home’s system, anywhere in the system, it is your responsibility as a homeowner. Blockages seldom happen because of items or buildup coming from the city, which means it originates in the home. It becomes the city’s responsibility at the exact point your home’s line distributes waste into the city’s system. The exception is if the problem in your home damages the city lines.

If used correctly and sparingly, root killer shouldn’t damage your pipes. Make sure to follow the instructions on the back of the bottle or the company’s website to avoid any unintended damages. However, when it comes to copper sulfate, it’s better to avoid it. This type of root killer can damage your plumbing and the surrounding environment.

When hiring a sewer line company, you need to consider more than just the quoted price. Make sure to check that the company or contractor is licensed, certified, and insured to protect you both. Check for positive reviews, and you can even request references for extra peace of mind.

To find the best contractor, you might also want to consider how long the company has been in business doing sewer line cleaning and if they’ve won any industry awards for their work and service. Review potential contracts closely, and look for transparent pricing.

Yes, rats can come up through drains. They can crawl through basement floor drains, lateral house drains, and roof drains. Installing rat blockers in your drains is the best way to repel rats and prevent them from entering your pipes. These are one-way valves that allow water and waste to flow out but keep rats from getting in.
