The service man showed up on time, was very courteous, and got right to the point in what we needed. He even wore shoe covers to protect the floor. He inspected the problem in our fireplace and gave us an estimate of what it would cost if we decided to have it fixed. I loved that the company sent a text with his picture when he was on his way to our house so we would know who to expect.

Very helpful and friendly. I received a text with a picture of Wayne and to let me know that he was on his way. The alarm on the septic tank was going off two days before he came. He looked at it and explained how everything worked and what might be the problem. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend.

Knowledgeable of water leak issues. Explained problem, game me repair options and complete cost. Best of all they came equiped to complete to repair and I had hot water again that evening. No leaks.

Last Saturday. Pipe busted underneath my house. Clayton was absolutely great & very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Yesterday Mark fixed another busted pipe underneath the house but in a totally different area. Both of those people are very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. 5 Star Company & 5 Star Employee's.

Extremely professional, friendly, and clean! They wear booties over their shoes and clean up an mess that might be left after working. Great company. Would definitely refer them to family and friends and would use them again when the need arises.
