The tech that came out to fix my issue was very professional. Unfortunately, i had to call them back because my plumping backed up again the same night. Yo make a ling story short, my problem was fixed in one bathroom, but not the master. I still had to go out and purchase some items from Home Depot to get it fixed properly where it is useable. All in all good service.

Problem was that we had a shower drain that was draining slowly. They said they would come out and give a free estimate. The tech came in with a couple of tools and ran some water and at no time did he mention the estimated cost to fix the issue. I supplied a plunger and he was able to get the water to drain. His charge for less than 10 minutes of work was $80.00.

"My apologies for the miscommunication. We attempt to be up front on pricing and time and this will be reviewed with my technician. Although we offer free estimates once they do any type of work at all it starts our hourly rate. We have a one hour minimum of $135.00 no matter how long we are there for, however, he only charged $80.00 as he wasn't there long and did not have to get the machine off the truck. Also, I mailed you a gift card for an additional 10% off up to $100.00 for your next service call. Hopefully you will extend another opportunity in the future for us to earn your continued business. Thank you"

Very quick response. They were here in 40 minutes after phone call. Installed new valves and sink faucet and drain. The only problem was that he did not fully tighten down the faucet.....blamed it on the design.
