"The work and customer service was good but the sales person told us would be called and informed of the progress of the supplies received. Etc and that did not happen. We had to call to get updates. The installers were very efficient and kind and the shower is very professionally installed. We are very pleased with the end product"

"We had an excellent experience having two new showers installed in our home. Our local BathPlanet team was wonderful, from the sales person to the office manager to the installers (we had different installers for each project, too, and both were great). Not only were they professional, attentive to detail, and responsive, they were also kind, friendly, funny, and a pleasure to have in our home.
