Yes, didn’t have photos of full repair, but this is it! He and his crew has to remove all floor decking, joust beams and redo them, along with sub floor. Painted and did the plumbing, repaired roof around fireplace as well!

"Lots of discussion on how to prepare a screen enclosed aggrigate patio for porcelin tile and some back and forth on the price but in the end, the installer, John prevailed and prepared the aggrigate surface properly and did a fine job of installation. The workmanship was terrific and the problems with Whitehouse Floors and More were lack of experience in this type of prepartion. Overall, great job and very happy with end result"
