I call for various things and they come promptly.  They're just nice people.  Ken and Chris do great work. They stand behind their work.

Excellent work from both a construction and professional view.  Would not even think of using any other plumbers

Arrived promptly, went to kitchen drain outlet at front of house.  Disassembled plumbing under sink and removed steel wool which had accidentally stopped up drain.

He was prompt. When we called for an estimate, he came right out and gave us the estimate. When we scheduled the job, he was really prompt, came when he said he was going to be here, and got it taken care of in a timely manner.

We have a lot of trees, so of course, our drains occasionally get backed up. They're always very prompt and very efficient. If there's any problems that they didn't completely fix, they will come back out and fix it, no charge. My mother even used them for years before I did, and she referred me to them. I'm glad I listened to her!

KC Plumbing arrived earlier than they had said they would and pressurized the line and called for an inspection the next morning. KC plumbing arrived about 15 minutes before time for the inspector and made sure everything was ok. The inspector arrived and gave a green light with no problems. I couldn't have asked for any better or faster service. KC Plumbing are some good guys and that's who I'll call next time I need a plumber.

We moved into this house 4 1/2 years ago, the commode in second bathroom was troublesome--not stopping up, but flush was weak and drainage slow. It became worse earlier this year and eventually did stop up completely. We called K/C Plumbing (we've used them before) They arrived on time and worked on the commode--couldn't find any blockage, they suggested that the "flush" wasn't strong enough to completely get rid of material being flushed. They replaced the mechanism in the tank and cleaned out the "holes" in the commode rim to ensure the water was entering swiftly enough. So far everything seems to be working well. They are pleasant, and arrived exactly when they said they would; they are clean, diligent workers. We feel we can rely on them for any of our plumbing needs.

I was very, very pleased. They were able to come out and find the problem with no problem after another plumber repaired the wrong part. There hasn't been a leak since. They were very clean and cleaned up after themselves when they left, I was very pleased.

Responded quickly on a weekend, then came back to finish on Monday. All work was done professionally and timely. Was very polite and helpful.
