When you want your HVAC duct work cleaned youâ ve got two choices. You can get a brush pushed through your duct or you can get it power-vacuumed out. We choose the latter as it will save on the banging around inside the ducts. We get ours cleaned out to prevent allergies from kicking inâ which can be a miserable experience. Lone Star Pro is easy to schedule, and they have a professional, courteous crew. Best of all, itâ s affordable and worth not sniffling and sneezing from reactions to allergic reactions to the dust and who-knows-what flying around when we kick on the heat or A/C.

They were only company to answer the phone when I called for quotes and they were very knowledgeable. They were on time and professional.

The two employees arrived on time, dressed in uniform and explained the air duct cleaning process beginning to end. They showed me before and after video. They wore booties on their shoes and used other protective measures to ensure that the walls were not damaged. We noticed a HUGE difference in the air quality of our home after having the service performed.

This past weekend (8/1/20) our A/C went out and we had not previously had a contract with Lone Star Pro for service. Despite that, and that we were calling upon arrival up north at 6 pm on a Saturday, Joe did an exceptional job working with me and got James out there to our condo to diagnose the problem We were desperate, and Joe and James did outstanding work. We couldn't even point them at our proper A/C unit at the condo building. Joe was committed to doing everything she could to help us. Our condo was 83 degrees when we arrived, we had 5 adults and 2 children under the age of 3 staying there that night and the next two weeks. Temp out side was 85 degrees. It was an emergency of maximum proportion. Joe worked to get John the technician there in 20 minutes and John, despite no help from us, figured out the problem and wouldn't give up till he had it running 100%. Your team is exceptional and not the typical - don't care, its the weekend, this isn't my problem, kind of team. Congrats on building and keeping exceptional employees that put customer's care first.
