"Once we had agreed to the estimate, we waited a few days then called to see why we had not heard from them.  We were told they had to order the skylight and because ours was not a standard size there would be a delay.  They finally called us the morning of February 4 to tell us the roof repair person would be there that morning.  He came and repaired the flashing at that time, and said he would return the following morning with the skylight.  He installed the skylight the following day.  It has already improved the quality of light in the room and we expect we'll really appreciate the change in the summer.
