Great service. Called same day to set up an estimate. Work performed quickly and to our satisfaction. Erick was outstanding. Friendly, efficient, called when on the way. Took photos of work during progress on roof so we could see what was done. Very satisfied.

A bit of a hiccup on estimate but the owner contacted me and made everything right. The epitome of customer service. I wish I had more skylights so I could hire them again. They were true to their word and did go above and beyond.

After the recent storms passed thru Sachse I found out the next day that my skylight had a huge crack and needed to be replaced. I called Robbie at Skylight Solutions and left a message That Saturday afternoon my call was returned. I was able to send him pictures of the damaged skylight and he was able to schedule me the following Saturday so I did not have to take time off of work. His tech Juan called 30 minutes before my scheduled 9:00 am appointment which was nice. Upon arriving he introduced himself and his helper. In less than an hour he had replaced the skylight and everything was back to normal. I thing that Robbie and his team did a wonderful job and I was actually amazed that they could get me scheduled so quickly considering that there were hundreds of damaged skylights in my area. My total cost was just at $541. I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to my friends.

I would recommend this company. They were prompt, called to confirm appointment.
The bathroom has so much more light and I don't need to always turn the lights on.
The installer Juan was excellant, when he came out to quote price showed me various options. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess.
I am saving money up to have the skylights replaced. Went to the showroom to get a better look at what the skylights would look like and the owner Robert was excellent. I just showed up without an appointment and he took the time to show me the various skylights they have and what options I can get with them.
Can't wait to get my new skylights installed. I will be using this company again.

The light changed the whole feel of the space and the areas around it.
We hardly use lights at all during the day now. Can't wait to see if
there's an impact on our electricity bill as those were the most used
lights in the house! Owner and installer were very helpful with
decision-making and seeing their warehouse was ever better! Great job!

Went great. The tech arrived early (called first to make sure that was acceptable), was a great help in identifying best type and location for installation, did a terrific job on the installation, and cleaned the area afterward. Couldn't be more satisfied and now have a bright and inviting living area. Will gladly use again.

We were in the line of the furious hail storm on Wed, Jun 13. We have three skylights two are 2x2 and one is 4x2. All three were crushed in the storm. That evening I left messages for three skylight companies and one roofing company. Robert Goegel from Skylight Solutions phoned me and assured me they had our size in stock. After taking a few days to assess the total damage, Robert came out with an installer and had our three skylights replaced to provide us with weather and intruder safety. The replacement skylights are Velux hail proof and come a 10 year warranty.
Skylight Solutions also offers roofing and general contract work. We were so impressed with their knowledge, service, and history that we have hired them to provide us with the balance of our repairs including roofing, gutters, fence, and pool decking repairs.

They were quick, informative and answered all of our questions. We decided to go with them over another company because of their reputation and they way they responded to us. The technician was very professional and helped us decide on a proper placement. We are very pleased with the final product and are already making plans for our next sun tunnel.
