Very professional, very friendly. Did the roof in one day and it looked spectacular. They even replaced a skylight that was not a part of the project scope. The gutter team was amazing to behold. The painters did a wonderful job including touch up on some interior nail pops caused by the roofing job

They gave a prompt response to a request for an estimate. A definite work date wasn't scheduled because the skylight had to be ordered. When the Dallas area was threatened with storms from hurricane Ike, they called and then came out to accomplish enough of the work so the area where there was a leak was taken care of. When the skylight came in they finished the work in a completely satisfactory manner. They did a great job of cleaning everything up

We had a bad storm and the next morning I found the ceiling drywall in my bathroom wet and damaged. I called Scott Roofing who had put the roof on for me 8 years ago. Patrick came out within a couple of days which was fairly quick considering the backup expected from the storm. He inspected my roof and found that the leak had come from a crack in the skylight. He checked the rest of the roof for me and indicated it was in good shape. We scheduled the appointment for the repair which I did not have to be at home for. We've had subsequent strong rainfalls and I didn't have any further problems. I was happy with the roof installation they did and so far this appears to have been a good job as well

Overall, great. Initially, my email with the signed contract was misplaced on the Scott side, but once they confirmed the date they would arrive, they came on time and completed work as requested. They even cleaned out one of the eaves of leaves after finding it was stuffed full. I will be using them again

We used this company in the past for the same services (except gutters---this time first time gutters were evere replaced) about 10-12 years ago with the same great service so we chose them again after researching their current status on Angie's list. All representatives of Scott's exteriors are very responsive and professional. The crews showed up in time each of the 2 days and worked very hard throughout the day. The work was very well done--all looks great!! May b a bit higher in charge than other companies but their excellent work is well worth it!

"They came out in 1 day and gave me an estimate the same day. Very professional and a competitive price compared to the other estimates I had. I called to accept the estimate, and they said it would take a week to order and install. One week later I called them and the secretary said they were on the way to install my skylight. One hour later they were finished and I am incredibly happy. I had to call to remind them to pay my bill! I will use this company again if I ever have to replace a skylight. Best of all they sent me a personal thank you note for the order-never had that happen before. Highly impressed and would give 5 plus stars!

"Very Well. David Yount and PAQ Services are very extremely dependable, reliable, and go the extra mile to ensure that everything is great. I had new roofs put on two different houses. Many times, in working with the Insurance Companies, they only wanted to replace half of a roof. With David Yount of PAQ Services working on the job, I was able to get the entire roof, some wood siding and all of the Gutters on the house replaced. Only cost to me was the insurance deductibles. As an additional insight, after the initial work was done, we found some minor things that needed to be looked at. David was always willing to check everything out and ensure that there were not any problems. He always fixed things to our complete satisfaction. It did turn out that three years after the initial work, well after the warranty would have expired, we developed a minor leak in the roof. It was hard to track down. We have Solar Cells on the house and we thought that they may be causing an issue. It turned out that a gutter that was installed, was installed on top of the roofing and wore a spot that caused a leak. Even though it was really out of warranty, David had his folks fix the problem. I asked for a bill, but he said: "There is no charge for the roof. You have been a good customer and I want to make sure I am doing my part."
