When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. I paid over $7000.00 for lousy customer service and faulty equipment that didn?t last for more than a few years. Do not hire this company. "

Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. The well guy called back with excuse everyone at company had flu and to go ahead and leave a negative review. So here it is. They are quick to get out and make a buck but not follow up on any issues thereafter under warranty. If the well guy would kindly correct this situation, I would in turn follow up with a positive review of them correcting a situation for a customer. "
