They've done some plumbing for us. They've done a very good job and work with us on a regular basis. They roto-rooter it. The only way that we can get there was a roto rooter on our roof. Since we put that metal roof on it, it was awful slippery. The first time I was up there, I fell down on the roof. I had them put a clean-out plug where I can get to it. They spent two or three hours working on that clean out on the side of my house and putting it together. They've done a good job. I'm extremely happy. I'm a retired plumber so the way I'm looking at it, they've done a good job. We were extremely happy with them. We had no problem with the way they've done it. They responded in a timely manner. They told her when they were going to be here, it wasn't a long wait. They knew what they were doing and they've done it right. If I needed to, we'll call them back.

First of all it was an after hours call. I left a detailed message with the after hours receptionist which was very nice and through. She explained to me that someone would call me with 15 minutes to discuss our problem. I received a call within 20 minutes; explained our situation and help was on the way within 15 minutes. A pair of plumbers arrived and looked over the situation. They split up and worked on both sides of the drain. They removed everything from under my kitchen and bathroom sinks, removed the pipe and cleaned them out thoroughly with all the debris that built up. What a yucky job! They replaced the pipes, tested everything, and success!

They were excellent. They were timely, they went beyond their job and they were just great. They found a leak in the roof into the chimney and underneath the floors and they got rid of that. They are reliable and honest. They were very professional, very clean, answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner.

Superior Services were prompt, we called them and they are out within either a couple of hours or usual the next day. We have had them out before and all their prices are always really reasonable. They have always done a good job and whatever they fixed has not broken and they usually explain what it was and how to avoid it. They are very quick. They have overnight plumbers, so if there is an emergency during a night, if you need to bring them out for that, they will come out or if it is not an emergency, they will try to get to you within 24 hours to get it fixed. They are usually right when they said they will be. They were good and were always professional, make sure they were kind, you know, to people in the house and to anybody who is around or with the animals, they are fine with them.

They came out within 24 hrs of service call. Evaluated problem and discussed repair costs. Broken pipe was repaired, new faucet installed with winter protection. Work was done in timely manner and work site cleaned up upon completion.

They arrived punctually and finished working by dinner time, which was nice. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was that we never signed any paperwork before they came out to install things. Actually, we still haven't signed anything and we aren't sure how to pay since we didn't really ever get a bill either.

Replaced kitchen faucet with one we had purchased. Also aligned drain pipes under the sink which we didn't ask them to do. They were neat and cleaned up after their work was finished. Had a new person with lead plumber who was lost as to what to do.

They ended up finding THREE possible sources and went beyond solely investigating the plumbing. They gave their opinion about the most likely source of the water damage based upon their experience. They were professional, punctual, and I would highly recommend this company. They repaired the pipe that was leaking as well. If you want an honest plumbing company, Superior Services is a perfect fit.

The serviceman arrived promptly and did the necessary service to the inside unit and the outside condenser unit quickly. He checked the filter and said it still had some life inmit, so I didn't have it changed. The work was done on a service contract that charges a discount rate from the "a la carte" price. I believe it is worth the lump-sum cost over the length of the contract. I had no negatives with their service. I have since moved to Delaware and hope to find a similar service here.

Very well. Not only did he do what I asked he also checked on 2 other bathrooms and found issues similiar. We remodeled just a few years ago and learned these things were not installed properly causing them to leak and break. We were very pleased with the quaility of work. Superior services is who we are using from now on.

CODY and his working partner arrived first thing in the A.M. We went over the work to be done step by step. He helped take down clothes lines so he could get the back hoe into the yard. They then went to work digging up the old Orangeburg sewer pipe and replacing it with sked 40 PVC pipe. They had the city inspector scheduled for just after lunch, after which the pipe was covered and the ditch filled and tamped down the best they could do. They even restrung the clothes lines for us. Before they left CODY went over the entire project and asked if there was anything else he could do for us before he left. He said that if we had any problems to call the office and give them his name.
