They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

"They arrive every other month as scheduled. Seems to keep indoor insect pests to a minimum. The only thing they are not super effective with is spiders and they explained this has a lot to do with how spiders work. Basically, since pests with poison don't get inside, spiders who live inside won't get access to the toxin. But otherwise, I like them, their ability and willingness to answer questions, and their reliability. They're are slightly more than the folks who come around advertising services, but I trust them so I stick with them. Been with them for nearly 3 years."

"We have used them for over 1 year and they come out quarterly. Recently, they have gone downhill. They came and a few days later, I noticed black ant-like bugs around the office. I called and they told me that they were going to send someone out the next day. The next day came and no one came. I called back and they rescheduled the appointment. No one came to the second appointment either. I called into cancel and they told me that they couldn't cancel commercial accounts and that I would have to talk to a manager. They told me the manager would call me within 24-hours. No one called me back within 24-hours so I called back 2 days later and they finally let me cancel the account.
