Jerritt Jenkins is a gentleman from the moment we spoke on the phone, punctual on arrival at our home. Fully honored COVID good neighbor protocols. He took such great care to assess the situation and patiently explain without trying to upsell us huge. He is VERY fair and does above and beyond what he says he will do. We now will use Jerritt on our property here at home and our other locations we have rentals. We are very pleased we hired this man and his company.

I ended up looking for a new pest control company after the business I used to deal with was bought up by a large corporation. The initial hire was for fire ant eradication and the ants started coming back shortly after the corporation took over. Jenkins Pest Control came the day after I found them here, and arrived an hour early for my appointment. They not only treated for fire ants. Fleas, roaches and spiders were included. This first treatment was kept outside since I have pet rabbits in the house. But they were very thorough, spraying both the yard and exterior of the house. So hopefully, we won't need any inside treatment. When they left the fire ant hills were gone. Their price is more reasonable than what I had paid previously for quarterly treatments. If their work keeps the ants out of my yard between visits, this will stay a 5 star review.

Jarrett Jenkins provided quality service. He explained the pesticides that he would use and what results I should expect from the treatment. After Jarrett finished exterminating, he showed me everywhere he placed pesticides and told me what he used in each area. Jarrett arrived to the appointment on time and immediately began working diligently. As for cost, the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of service provided by Jenkins Pest Control. Jarrett is great. He responded to my request fast & did the thorough inspection. Although I started out with the suspicion of termite being present, he ended up finding the root cause for other insect problems and mitigated the situation.

Very professional. Was on time, explain the process before doing anything work and gave recommendations for maintenance.

I live over 3 hours from Houston and I needed them to service my aunt house in Houston. They work with me with very good attitudes. The house was evaluated, and it was discovered to be worst than expected. Everything was explain to me on how the process would work. I was given a very good price, I spoke with the IT-Person and he was awesome as well. I can not say enough on how I appreciate them. The Jenkins Pest Control is like one of those old school business back in the 70's and 80's. It is hard to find people like them in today's work environment. My 94 years old aunt was so happy with the work that was perform. I personally believe Jesus sent them. I will tell the rest of my Houston family about them.

This pest control service does not complete its jobs. I would told they would come back to remove dead rodents and have talked to several people who have stated that someone would call me and I still have not received a call nor have they been back to remove the DEAD RODENTS!!! I would not recommend this service to anyone. Luckily I have friends who don't mind removing the rodents for me.
