The team members were all courteous and diligent, well trained to deal with customers. It took me 3 months to decide which GC to retain for my restoration project because I got too careful about selection, but my decision turned out to be correct. Furthermore, Ellie’s customer service is something that I never had with other contractors. She was so responsive and patient listening to us for any concerns, I could feel at ease throughout the project. Now I am asking them to estimate repair/remodeling of my stairway because I couldn’t think of any better ones.
