"We have used GL Hunt for foundation repair for 9 years. In 2011 we were impressed with their customer service and warranty. We referred them to just about anyone who would ask (they offered a referral fee). In 2011 they leveled the front part of our home and returned in 2013 for warranty repair on that work. In 2015 they came back and did $10,000 work in the same area. These first visits they were responsive, friendly and it seemed like good value for money. Things changed in 2018, mainly from the administrative side. It took 6 months to schedule an appointment and they have a partnership with a plumbing company and require their plumbers to come and inspect before they come for a service call. The warranty is now nonexistent (GL Hunts warranty made them a good value, they are much more expensive than the competition) and they do not return phone calls. And now they used Subs rather than doing their own work. We are bringing them out one more time (October 2020) but I think it will be the last time. After $50,000 spent in the last 9 years, you would expect better service. I was a fan, but not so much anymore"

"Everything went so smoothly. I got the foundation inspected and it needed repair. I got the estimate and scheduled the work. They called the day before the work was to start to answer any questions I had. The work team arrived earlier than I expected by about 10 to 30 minutes. They finished installing 19 piers and leveling the house in 1 1/2 days. They put everything back the way it was when they started and did a walk around with me to make sure I was satisfied. This company is honest and courteous and very easy to work with."

"USA Floor-Tec did an absolutley amazing job on our driveway repair and stamped concrete deck repair. They went above and beyond to make the color and pattern match the existing stamped concrete. They also meticulously repaired and resurfaced our damaged driveway. All of the guys working on the project were very respectful and professional. Taylor who was overseeing the job was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us consistanly and clearly on the progress of the job and what we could expect. Taylor took extra time and effort to make sure that everything about the job was quality work, he also insured that all construction debris was cleaned up on a daily basis. "It didn't go well, as the workers he sent out to inspect the job were running late the first day, and we were going out, so we postponed their visit until the following day..  Two men came out and  took pictures of the pipe.  We explained to them that we might want some of the concrete cut around the pipe, and that I had not discussed that with Brian, but would be willing to adjust the cost to do that.  Pretty much after that we did not hear from Stonemasterstx.
We found someone else to do the work.  I do not understand why a contractor would just leave people hanging.  If the job was too small, say something like: " I'm very busy now and I would not be able to schedule the work in the near future. "

"We own a small pier and beam rent house (900sf) in a small town outside of Ft. Worth. It had settled a lot over the years and we hired integrity to level it. We contacted them and they gave us an estimate for the work. We couldn't find a date that worked well for both of us, and they agreed to do the work on a Sunday, which was wonderful. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. They replaced two beams under the house and installed 16 supports, blocking and shims. It took approximately 1/2 day and it was good quality work. We are pleased with the results and will definitely use them again when needed.

"I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.
